Who We Are
50 Eggs Hospitality Group started in 2001 when founder John Kunkel opened a simple sandwich shop on Alton Road in Miami Beach. Since then, we’ve grown into a global brand operating six restaurant concepts, from Miami to Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Singapore.
But we’re more than concepts and locations. We’re a group of people who care deeply about excellence and how that excellence affects those around us.
