On November 9, 2017 we brought back the Whole Hog Dinner at Swine Southern Table & Bar! The menu was comprised of Charcuterie to start. For the main course, Whole Hog with Apricot and Georgia White Peach Gastrique for the main course, and for Dessert? A Lazy Susan filled with Sundae essentials was served! Brownies, marshmallows, chocolate chip cookies, sprinkles, sweets galore!
Drinks by Cooper's Craft were meticulously paired with each course. A Barbecued Apple Old Fashioned was served during the first course. Cooper's Craft neat was served along with the Whole Hog, and a sensational Cherry Vanilla Bourbon Milk Punch was served for dessert.
