New openings to include Las Vegas, Singapore, Miami, and Los Angeles

Restaurateur John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs, Inc. begins an unprecedented stage of growth in 2017 as the company opens new locations of Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, Spring Chicken, and launches new concept CHICA.
The global expansion plan follows 50 Eggs, Inc.’s successful growth of the Spring Chicken brand, opening three outlets of the fast-casual, farm-fresh Southern cooking concept in Florida in 2016.
The 50 Eggs, Inc. 2017 expansion kicks off in early 2017 with the opening of Spring Chicken at the Miami International Airport, marking the concept’s fourth outlet. With the motto “Southern from Scratch” the restaurant will feature fresh salads, sandwiches and an exclusive Yardbird Bourbon Bar.
Following the Spring Chicken opening at the airport, 50 Eggs, Inc. will introduce the group’s newest concept CHICA, which opens spring 2017 at The Venetian Las Vegas. Featuring acclaimed chef Lorena Garcia, the restaurant will showcase robust and vibrant flavors of Latin cuisine along with an innovative mixology program.
The company then heads to Singapore, opening the James Beard award-winning concept Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, known for its modern take on southern comfort fare, at the Marina Bay Sands, one of the city’s most spectacular resorts. This will be the third outpost of the Yardbird Southern Table & Bar concept, the first being in Miami and the second at The Venetian Las Vegas.
50 Eggs, Inc.’s is also looking to expand into cities such as Los Angeles, London, Dubai, Washington, D.C. and New York. The 50 Eggs, Inc. portfolio also includes Swine Southern Table & Bar in Miami, which serves elevated Southern cooking with a focus on pork.
“2017 is going to be a big year for 50 Eggs,” said Kunkel. “With our first international expansion, the Southern cooking that has been the backbone of our concepts from the very beginning will reach brand-new audiences.”
